Empowerment is what I do

Do you constantly find yourself in toxic relationships? Have your relationships triggered you to feel anxious or withdrawn? It’s time for a change. Using an emotion focused approach I will empower you with tools to improve your relationships and self esteem. My ideal clients are women, teens, young adults, and college students who may struggle in their relationships with friends, family, or a romantic partner. As a member of The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), I also enjoy helping couples learn to navigate emotional distress and conflict by developing healthy interpersonal dynamics.
